IPTV360Solutions offers IPTV subscriptions and reseller panels. But, we don’t own or are responsible for the video and audio content – we’re just resellers for various suppliers. Channels and video on demand can change or be removed anytime without warning.
We only activate your subscription for the time agreed. We’ll send you a screenshot of the activation with the expiry date to your email. Remember, one subscription equals one connection, and using it on more devices might get your subscription permanently terminated.
For activation, you need to tell us about your device, like its type, model, and the app you’re using, plus your MAC if needed. If we don’t get this info, we’ll send the subscription in m3u format, which can’t be changed.
Sometimes, our providers do maintenance which might cause buffering or freezing. This is normal for IPTV services, and it’s up to you to understand how IPTV works.
If a package isn’t available, we might replace it with another. We usually send subscription info to your email within 6 hours to one business day after we get your payment.
For resellers, we only handle activation and sending panel info with credit points. We don’t help with issues related to the Reseller Panel.
Subscriptions
We guarantee that all TV subscription codes from our site will be activated for the time agreed. We’ll send a screenshot with the subscription info and expiry date to your email. For server issues or content problems, contact us, and we’ll try our best to fix them. We’re not responsible for subscriptions bought for the wrong type of IPTV receiver.
Cancellation/Service Hold
You don’t need to tell us if you want to cancel or put your subscription on hold. It automatically happens when your current subscription ends. You don’t need to pay anything to cancel or suspend your subscription.
Insurance
We don’t provide any insurance for our services.
Content and Service Packages
Package offerings may change. We can add or remove services without notice. We’re just a service carrier, so changes can happen according to broadcasting laws.
Payment
We process payments through Paypal, Stripe, or TransferWise. For credit or debit card payments, your card must be 3D authenticated. If there’s a problem, contact your bank.

Purchases
When buying our products or services, you might need to give details like your credit card number and billing/shipping information.

By posting content through our Service, you promise:
