If something wasn’t great or you have suggestions for us, let us know. But if you need a partial refund, here’s what to do within 3 days of buying:
1. Contact us for a refund using WhatsApp support or our contact form.
2. Give us your username and the email you used when you bought our service.
3. Tell us your invoice number.
4. Remember, we can only give you part of your money back. We’ll take out $2 for each day you used our service.
5. We’ll refund you the same way you paid.
Just so you know, once you ask for a refund, you can’t sign up for our service again in the future.
